研究目的：

通过前瞻性、随机、对照的临床研究，明确重复脉冲磁刺激临床治疗勃起功能障碍的有效性及安全性，并阐明可能的作用机制，建立重复脉冲磁刺激治疗勃起功能障碍的标准化方案，为进一步推动磁刺激技术在男科疾病中的应用提供可靠证据。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective, randomized, controlled clinical study was conducted to clarify the effectiveness and safety of repetitive pulsed magnetic stimulation in the clinical treatment of erectile dysfunction and to elucidate the possible mechanisms of action, to establish a standardized protocol for repetitive pulsed magnetic stimulation in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, and to provide reliable evidence for the further advancement of the application of magnetic stimulation technology in men's diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①20-60岁男性器质性勃起功能障碍患者，有稳定性伴侣可进行规律性生活； ②符合轻中度勃起功能障碍诊断标准，既IIEF-5评分11-25分； ③治疗前4周内未使用PDE5i或其他治疗方法； ④同意在研究期间不使用与勃起功能障碍相关的治疗，自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1 Male patients with organic erectile dysfunction aged 20-60 years old with a stable partner available for regular sex; 2 Meet the diagnostic criteria for mild-moderate erectile dysfunction, both IIEF-5 scores 11-25; 3 Have not used PDE5i or other treatments for 4 weeks prior to the treatment; 4 Agree to refrain from the use of erectile dysfunction-related treatments for the duration of the study, and to voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①重度勃起功能障碍患者，IIEF-EF评分≤10分； ②性激素检查结果异常； ③生殖器先天畸形和解剖异常，既往阴茎手术史； ④异常勃起、佩罗尼氏病； ⑤神经、精神系统疾病； ⑥血压、血糖控制不佳，不稳定的心血管疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Patients with severe erectile dysfunction, IIEF-EF score <= 10; 2 Abnormal sex hormone test results; 3 Congenital malformations and anatomical abnormalities of the genitalia, history of previous penile surgery; 4 Abnormal erection, Peyronie's disease; 5 Neurological and psychiatric disorders; 6 Poor blood pressure and glucose control, unstable cardiovascular disease.
