研究目的：

研究脑卒中恢复期患者下肢活动时超声下躯干肌肉结构变化情况，包括腹内斜肌、腹外斜肌、腹横肌、腰方肌等，在静息状态下偏瘫侧与非偏瘫侧躯干肌肉的结构差异比较，下肢活动时双侧躯干肌肉结构变化的差异比较。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate structural changes in trunk muscles—specifically the internal oblique, external oblique, transversus abdominis, and quadratus lumborum—during lower-limb activity in stroke patients in the recovery phase. The study will compare muscle architecture between the paretic and non-paretic sides at rest, as well as differences in bilateral trunk-muscle structural changes during lower-limb movement.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄 18-75 岁，符合第四届全国脑血管病会议脑卒中诊断标准；且头颅 CT 或 MRI 检查诊断为脑卒中初次发作，病程3-6个月；②病情稳定，意识清晰，可配合完成实验；③患者或家属同意并签署知情同意书；④下肢肌张力(改良Ashworth分级)为1级、1+级、2级。⑤Bunnstrong分期下肢Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期。

Inclusion criteria

1 Aged 18–75 years, meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke established at the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference, with first-ever stroke confirmed by CT or MRI, and a disease duration of 3–6 months. 2 Stable medical condition, clear consciousness, able to cooperate with the experiment. 3 Informed consent signed by the patient or legal guardian. 4 Lower-limb muscle tone rated as Grade 1, 1+, or 2 on the Modified Ashworth Scale. 5 Lower-limb Brunnstrom stage III or IV.

排除标准：

①严重认知功能障碍患者，不能配合训练者；②共济失调或其他小脑卒中症状；③有腹部手术或腰椎手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Severe cognitive impairment precluding cooperation with training. 2 Ataxia or other cerebellar stroke-related signs. 3 History of abdominal or lumbar spine surgery.
