研究目的：

分析白癜风患者发病年龄、病程及合并症特征，为临床工作提供参考。分别比较早发型和晚发型白癜风合并甲状腺疾病的概率，不同类型白癜风的发病季节、病程长度和复发情况差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the characteristics of age at onset, disease duration, and comorbidities in vitiligo patients, thereby providing evidence-based insights for clinical practice. Specifically, we compared the probability of comorbid thyroid disorders between early-onset and late-onset vitiligo subtypes, and examined statistically significant differences in seasonal onset patterns, disease progression length, and recurrence rates across distinct vitiligo classifications.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）2008年01月12日至2025年04月06日期间，于四川大学华西医院就诊并诊断为白癜风的患者； （2）电子病历中有明确白癜风类型分类、就诊时间、甲状腺功能检查或甲状腺疾病诊断记录。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with vitiligo at West China Hospital of Sichuan University between January 12, 2008 and April 6, 2025; (2) Electronic health records must contain definitive documentation of: ?- Vitiligo subtype classification, ?- Dates of clinical visits, ?- Thyroid function tests and/or thyroid disorder diagnoses.

排除标准：

（1）白癜风诊断不明 （2）未在四川大学华西医院进行甲状腺检查

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Unconfirmed vitiligo diagnosis; (2) Absence of thyroid evaluation records at West China Hospital during the study period.
