研究目的：

本研究通过纵向研究分析老年人孤独感的维度和时间尺度变化模型，整合老年人孤独感的分类方法，收集每个孤独类别的孤独老年人与AI聊天机器人的对话文本，通过文本挖掘技术，提炼孤独老年人的对话特点，编码孤独感自适应干预机制，整合对话代理框架，设计基于AI的聊天机器人，构建针对老年人孤独感的干预方案，并开展应用研究，验证干预方案的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study analyses the dimensions and temporal scale changes of loneliness among older adults through longitudinal research, integrates classification methods for loneliness among older adults, collects dialogue texts between lonely older adults and AI chatbots for each category of loneliness, uses text mining technology to extract dialogue characteristics of lonely older adults, encodes loneliness-adaptive intervention mechanisms, integrates dialogue agent frameworks, designs AI-based chatbots, constructs intervention programmes targeting loneliness among older adults, and conducts applied research to validate the effectiveness of the intervention programmes.

纳入标准：

纵向研究纳入标准：1、年龄 ＞＝60 岁；2、采用 ULS-8孤独感量表进行评定，选择 ＞8分的视为有孤独感老年人；3、沟通无障碍，能够独立或在指导下填写量表；4、自愿参加本次研究。 干预研究纳入标准：1、年龄 ＞＝ 60 岁；2、经采用 UCLA评分进行评定，选择＞＝34分的视为孤独老年人；3、沟通无障碍，能够独立或在指导下填写量表；4、自愿参加本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

Longitudinal study inclusion criteria: 1. Age ≥ 60 years; 2. Assessed using the ULS-8 loneliness scale, with scores ≥ 8 indicating loneliness in older adults; 3. Able to communicate without difficulty and complete the questionnaire independently or with guidance; 4. Voluntarily participating in this study. Intervention study inclusion criteria: 1. Age ≥ 60 years; 2. Assessed using the UCLA score, with scores ≥34 indicating loneliness in older adults; 3. No communication barriers, able to complete the questionnaire independently or with guidance; 4. Voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

纵向排除标准：1、有严重的心理疾病或行为问题；2、采用MMSE评分进行评定，＜10分的视为有严重认知障碍；3、存在听力或视力严重损害，无法参与。 干预排除标准：1、有严重的心理疾病或行为问题；2、严重认知障碍无法沟通交流；3、存在听力或视力严重损害，无法参与。

Exclusion criteria：

Longitudinal exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental illness or behavioural problems; 2. MMSE score < 10, indicating severe cognitive impairment; 3. Severe hearing or visual impairment, preventing participation. Intervention exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental illness or behavioural problems; 2. Severe cognitive impairment preventing communication; 3. Severe hearing or visual impairment, preventing participation.
