研究目的：

开展水中运动联合温泉泡浴对慢性腰痛的康复效果研究，对于提升慢性腰痛患者的康复治疗效果、优化温泉水疗资源配置具有重要的实际意义和理论价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The research A Study on the Effects of Aquatic Exercise Therapy Combined with Hot Spring Bathing on Patients with Chronic Low Back Pain is of great practical significance and theoretical value for improving the rehabilitation treatment effect of patients with chronic low back pain and optimizing the allocation of hot spring water therapy resources.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁≤年龄≤65岁； 2.腰部疼痛超过12周； 3.疼痛症状影响正常的生活训练； 4.疼痛数字评分法（VAS）疼痛强度1-6分； 5.自愿参与试验并签署知情同意书； 6.接受随机分组。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ranging from 18 to 65 years old; 2. Low back pain lasting more than 12 weeks; 3. Pain symptoms affecting normal life and training; 4. Pain intensity1-6 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS); 5. Voluntary participation in the trial and signing of the informed consent form; 6. Acceptance of random grouping.

排除标准：

1.精神疾病和认知障碍患者； 2.开放性创伤，如擦伤、撕裂伤、切割伤、刺伤等； 3.严重、不稳定的心血管、肾脏或肝脏疾病患者； 4.氯气过敏、恐水症； 5.正在服用影响感知觉的药物者； 6.有关节脱位史或高风险的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with mental disorders and cognitive impairments; 2. Open wounds, such as abrasions, lacerations, cuts, and stabbings, etc.; 3. Patients with severe and unstable cardiovascular, renal or liver diseases; 4. Chlorine allergy, hydrophobia; 5. Those taking drugs that affect perception; 6. Patients with a history of joint dislocation or those at high risk.
