探究老年患者行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治性切除术后延迟性肠麻痹的风险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the risk factors of prolonged postoperative ileus in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病历资料完整；病理学确诊为结直肠恶性肿瘤；年龄≥65岁；住院期间接受腹腔镜结直肠癌根治性手术；AJCC分期为I-III期的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Complete medical records; Pathological diagnosis of colorectal malignancy; Age >= 65 years old; Undertaking laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer during hospitalization; Patients with AJCC stage I-III.

排除标准：

1.同一住院期间接受过再次手术的患者； 2.患有可能影响全血细胞计数的已知炎症或血液病的患者； 3.接受过新辅助治疗； 4.因肠梗阻进行过急诊手术； 5.并发癌症或结直肠癌复发； 6.使用过免疫抑制剂； 7.进行过Miles手术或术中预防性造口； 8.术后转入ICU患者； 9.病历资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have undergone reoperation during the same hospitalization period; 2. Patients with known inflammations or hematological disorders that may affect their whole blood count; 3. Received neoadjuvant therapy; 4. Emergency surgery was performed due to intestinal obstruction; 5. Concurrent cancer or recurrence of colorectal cancer; 6. Used immunosuppressants; 7. Having undergone Miles surgery or intraoperative prophylactic stoma; 8. Patients transferred to ICU after surgery; 9. The medical records are incomplete.
