研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性临床研究设计，调查全院女性工作人员颈肩背痛及腰腿痛发生率及疼痛模式与骨密度和维生素D之间的关联性。研究重点关注疼痛模式特点，以提高对以疼痛为主要症状的骨质疏松或骨量减少性疼痛模式的早期识别和风险评估的准确性，进而为临床提供更有效的诊疗策略和干预措施。  

Objectives of Study：

This prospective clinical study aims to investigate the association between the incidence and characteristics of cervicodorsal and lumbosacral pain patterns with bone mineral density (BMD) and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] levels among female healthcare workers at our institution. The research specifically focuses on elucidating pain pattern phenotypes to enhance early identification and risk stratification of osteoporosis- or osteopenia-related pain syndromes. Findings are expected to inform evidence-based clinical decision-making for targeted diagnostic strategies and therapeutic interventions.

纳入标准：

能够完成调查表、骨密度及活性维生素D定量化验的参与者。

Inclusion criteria

Participants capable of completing questionnaires, bone density measurements, and quantitative assays for active vitamin D

排除标准：

①感染、骨肿瘤、转移癌、其他组织肿瘤、四肢骨折、需手术治疗的其他骨科疾病者；②严重脑损伤及严重认知障碍的者；③肢体有明确神经损伤表现需要手术干预或者神经本身疾病需要神经内科医生诊治者；④其他不适合参与研究的情形；⑤住院者；⑥本人或家属不同意参与研究

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with osteomyelitis, bone tumors, metastatic carcinoma, soft tissue sarcomas, limb fractures, or orthopedic diseases requiring surgical intervention; 2.Patients with severe traumatic brain injury or significant cognitive impairment; 3.Subjects presentingneurological deficits necessitating surgical management or requiring neurology consultation for intrinsic nervous system diseases; 4.Other conditions contraindicating participation; 5.Inpatients; 6.Participants or their legal guardians refusing study enrollment.
