研究目的：

奥赛利定作为一个在我国新获批上市的阿片类受体激动药，至今在国内围术期镇痛方面的使用仍未普及。虽前期的临床试验证明了其优势和安全性，但其在中国人群中相关的临床研究仍然相对较缺乏。本研究拟纳入肾移植患者作为研究对象，探讨奥赛利定超前镇痛联合腰方肌阻滞这一多模式镇痛方案应用于肾移植手术患者的优势，践行快速康复理念，为今后广大肾移植手术患者围术期镇痛方案的选择提供理论基础，促进其术后康复。  

Objectives of Study：

Oxelidine, as a newly approved opioid receptor agonist, has not been widely used in perioperative analgesia in China so far.Although preliminary clinical trials have proved its advantages and safety, the relevant clinical studies in the Chinese population are still relatively lacking.This study intends to include kidney transplant patients as research objects to explore the advantages of oxelidine pre-analgesia combined with lumboquadrate block, a multi-mode analgesia program, in the application of kidney transplant patients, practice the concept of rapid rehabilitation, provide a theoretical basis for the selection of perioperative analgesia programs for the majority of kidney transplant patients in the future, and promote their postoperative rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁； 2.ASA Ⅲ-Ⅳ级； 3.BMI18-29 kg/m^2； 4.拟接受同种异体肾移植手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-75 years old; 2. ASA III.-IV. 3.BMI18-29 kg/m^2; 4. Planned to undergo allogeneic kidney transplantation.

排除标准：

1.阿片类药物过敏史； 2.罗哌卡因过敏史； 3.拒绝使用自控镇痛（PCA）泵者； 4.阿片类药物依赖者及术前服用止痛药物者； 5.严重精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of opioid allergy; 2. History of ropivacaine allergy; 3. Those who refuse to use a self-controlled analgesia (PCA) pump; 4. Opioid dependent and those who take painkillers before surgery; 5. Those with severe mental illness.
