研究目的：

目的:讨论瑞马唑仑对老年患者腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治手术脑氧饱和度和术后认知的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective:To discuss the effects of remazolam on cerebral oxygen saturation and postoperative cognition in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄60～75岁； （2）美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅱ～Ⅲ级； （3）体重指数（BMI）18～27 kg/m2； （4）血红蛋白（Hb）>100 g/L。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age 60 to 75 years; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II to III; (3) body mass index (BMI) 18 to 27 kg/m2; (4) hemoglobin (Hb) >100 g/L.

排除标准：

（1）简易精神状态评价量表（MMSE）评分<24分或无法理解量表内容者； （2）中枢神经系统疾病或精神心理疾病史； （3）脑血管意外史； （4）心脏或颅脑手术史； （5）长期服用神经精神类药物； （6）酗酒或药物依赖史； （7）严重视力、听力或语言交流障碍； （8）高血压≥2级； （9）空腹血糖≥11.1 mmol/L。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Simple Mental State Evaluation Scale (MMSE) score <24 or inability to understand the content of the scale; (2) history of central nervous system disease or psychosomatic disease; (3) history of cerebrovascular accident; (4) history of cardiac or craniocerebral surgery; (5) long-term use of neuropsychiatric medications; (6) history of alcoholism or drug dependence; (7) severe visual, hearing, or verbal communication disorders; (8) hypertension >= grade 2; (9) fasting blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L.
