研究目的：

评估链霉蛋白酶在无痛胃镜检查中对提高内镜视野及微小病灶检出率的效果，明确链霉蛋白酶联合二甲硅油的用药方案是否能显著提升内镜视野清晰度，有效减少胃内黏液附着，进而提高胃内微小病灶、癌前病变及早期胃癌的检出率。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of streptodornase in improving endoscopic visualization and the detection rate of tiny lesions during painless gastroscopy, and to clarify whether the medication regimen of streptodornase combined with dimethicone can significantly enhance the clarity of endoscopic vision, effectively reduce gastric mucus adhesion, and thereby improve the detection rate of tiny gastric lesions, precancerous lesions, and early gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受常规无痛胃镜检查的患者； 2.年龄18-74岁，性别不限； 3.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书； 4.无胃镜检查禁忌症。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing routine painless gastroscopy; 2. Age 18-74 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4. No contraindications to gastroscopy.

排除标准：

1.严重心、肝、肾等器官功能障碍或凝血异常； 2.有胃大部切除术、消化道梗阻、严重食管胃静脉曲张或明确胃部恶性肿瘤者； 3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4.对链霉蛋白酶、二甲硅油或辅料过敏者； 5.精神疾病或无法配合者； 6.研究者判断其他不符合入选标准者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney or other organs, or coagulation abnormalities;
2.those with subtotal gastrectomy, gastrointestinal obstruction, severe esophagogastric varices or definite gastric malignant tumors;
3.pregnant or lactating women;
4.those allergic to pronase, dimethicone or excipients;
5.those with mental illness or unable to cooperate;
6.and other individuals who do not meet the inclusion criteria as judged by researchers.
