研究目的：

第一：采集健康志愿者的SO肌电图和SO测压数据，建立国人的SO肌电图和测压的正常值标准。 第二：采集临床SOD患者的SO肌电图和测压数据，研究SOD患者中SO肌电图的特征、临床意义，为SOD的诊断和治疗提供最新和最佳的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

First: To collect sphincter of Oddi (SO) electromyography (EMG) and manometry data from healthy volunteers, establishing normal reference standards for SO EMG and manometry in the Chinese population. Second: To obtain SO EMG and manometry data from clinical patients with sphincter of Oddi dysfunction (SOD), investigating the electrophysiological characteristics and clinical significance of SO EMG in SOD patients. This will provide the most current and optimal evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of SOD.

纳入标准：

健康志愿者入选标准 1.年龄20-60岁，不限性别 2.常规检查肝功、肝酶谱以及B超无异常发现。 3.自愿受试，并签署知情同意书。 4.试验前12小时禁食、禁水。 临床疑似SOD患者入选标准 1.患者有胆囊切除术病史，必须有发作性上腹部和/或右上腹痛,同时具备以下所有条件: (1)腹痛发作时间至少持续30 min (2)症状间歇性反复发作,发作间期不等(非每日发作) (3)疼痛加重至相对稳定水平 (4)疼痛为中、重度,影响患者日常生活或导致患者急诊就医 (5)排便后腹痛不缓解 (6)体位改变腹痛不缓解 (7)抗酸剂不能缓解腹痛 2.可以伴有一过性黄疸、复发性胰腺炎 3.排除肝胆系统器质性病变 4.排除其他可以引起腹痛的其他系统器质性疾病

Inclusion criteria

Selection criteria for healthy volunteers 1. Age 20-60 years old, regardless of gender 2. Routine examination of liver function, liver enzyme profile and B-ultrasound without abnormal findings. 3. Voluntarily take the test and sign the informed consent form. 4. Fasting and water abstinence for 12 hours before the test. Inclusion criteria for patients with clinically suspected SOD 1. Patients have a history of cholecystectomy and must have episodic epigastric and/or right upper quadrant pain with all of the following: (1) Abdominal pain lasts for at least 30 minutes (2) Symptoms are intermittent and recurrent, with varying intervals (non-daily attacks) (3) Pain worsens to a relatively stable level (4) The pain is moderate or severe, affecting the patient's daily life or causing the patient to seek medical attention in the emergency department (5) Abdominal pain does not relieve after defecation (6) Abdominal pain is not relieved by changes in body position (7) Antacids do not relieve abdominal pain 2. It may be accompanied by transient jaundice and recurrent pancreatitis 3. Exclude organic lesions of the hepatobiliary system 4. Exclude other systemic organic diseases that can cause abdominal pain

排除标准：

1.心、肺等功能差无法耐受检查的病人。 2.3天内服用任何解痉药物治疗。 3.依从性差，不能完成疗程者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with impaired cardiac or pulmonary function who cannot tolerate the procedure. 2.Patients who have taken any antispasmodic medications within 3 days prior to the examination. 3.Patients with poor compliance or inability to complete the required study protocol.
