研究目的：

双侧交叉穿刺分层注射经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效；本研究团队在既往的临床工作中，发现双侧交叉穿刺分层注射骨水泥经皮椎体成型术在促进骨水泥弥散和降低骨水泥渗漏等方面存在明显的优势，故将该术式与传统经皮椎体成型术进行前瞻性对比分析，旨在为双侧交叉穿刺分层注射骨水泥应用于经皮椎体成型术(PVP)治疗 OVCF 的临床推广提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical efficacy of bilateral cross-puncture stratified injection percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures; In previous clinical work, our research team found that bilateral cross-puncture stratified injection of bone cement percutaneous vertebroplasty has obvious advantages in promoting bone cement diffusion and reducing bone cement leakage. Therefore, a prospective comparative analysis was conducted between this surgical method and the traditional percutaneous vertebroplasty. The aim is to provide a basis for the clinical promotion of bilateral cross-puncture stratified injection of bone cement in percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) for the treatment of OVCF.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合原发性骨质疏松症（2017）的诊断标准[8]； （2）有明确的外伤及诱因史； （3）损伤节段与临床症状及查体相符合，临床表现与影像学相符合； （4）MRI 提示为单节段新鲜椎体骨折。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for primary osteoporosis (2017); (2) Having a clear history of trauma and predisposing factors; (3) The injured segment is consistent with clinical symptoms and physical examination, and the clinical manifestations are consistent with imaging findings; (4) MRI indicates a single-segment fresh vertebral fracture.

排除标准：

（1）结核、肿瘤等其他原因所致的病理性骨折； （2）2 个及 2个以上的新鲜性椎体骨折； （3）骨折合并有神经或脊髓压迫症状者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pathological fractures caused by tuberculosis, tumors and other reasons; (2) Two or more fresh vertebral fractures; (3) Fractures accompanied by neurological or spinal cord compression symptoms.
