研究目的：

探讨和评估生活方式干预对非瓣膜性老年心房颤动患者生活质量的影响，为老年心房颤动患者提供个性化的生活方式，提高患者的生活质量，为非瓣膜性老年心房颤动患者的预后管理提供科学的理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

To explore and evaluate the impact of lifestyle interventions on the quality of life of elderly patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation, to provide personalized lifestyle for elderly patients with atrial fibrillation, to improve the quality of life of patients, and to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the prognostic management of elderly patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.>=65岁老年人，神志清楚，可正常交流； 2.心电图或 24 h 动态心电图提示心房颤动； 3.持续性非瓣膜性心房颤动； 4.取得患者知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. >= 65-year-old elderly, clear consciousness, can communicate normally; 2. Electrocardiogram or 24-hour Holter shows atrial fibrillation; 3. Persistent non-valvular atrial fibrillation; 4. Obtain informed consent from patients and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.瓣膜性房颤、瓣膜置换术后； 2.心功能不全，NYHA分级在III级及以上； 3.恶性肿瘤及预期寿命短于1年； 4.严重肝肾功能不全[ALT＞120U/L； eGFR＜15ml/(min*1.73m2)]； 5.正处于疾病急性期治疗； 6.已行或正在进行药物减肥或手术减重； 7.患有心理或精神疾病； 8.随访资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. After valvular atrial fibrillation and valve replacement; 2. Cardiac insufficiency, NYHA grade III and above; 3. Malignant tumors and life expectancy less than 1 year; 4. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency [ALT> 120U/L; eGFR<15ml/(min*1.73m2)]; 5. In the acute phase of the disease treatment; 6. Have done or are in the process of medical weight loss or surgical weight loss; 7. Suffering from mental or psychiatric illness; 8. Follow-up data were incomplete.
