研究目的：

评估二元应对-信息-动机-行为技巧（DC-IMB）整合行为管理对3～5岁牙科恐惧症（DF）患儿口腔印模制取成功率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the impact of integrating the Dual Coping-Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills (DC-IMB) model on the success rate of dental impression taking for children aged 3 to 5 with dental fear (DF).

纳入标准：

①3-5岁乳牙期前牙反颌（符合口腔诊断学标准）；②CFSS-DS评分≥32分（中国儿童验证阈值）；③首次正畸印模制取；④有家属陪同并知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1 Ages 3-5 with anterior crossbite during the deciduous dentition period (meeting oral diagnostic criteria); 2 CFSS-DS score >= 32 points (Chinese pediatric validation threshold); 3 First orthodontic impression taken; 4 Accompanied by family members who have been informed and consented, voluntarily participating in this study.

排除标准：

①患儿合并严重器质性疾病；②患儿发育迟缓或语言沟通障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1 The patient has severe organic diseases. 2 The patient exhibits developmental delays or communication disorders.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用标准化数据收集表格，由经过统一培训的2名研究人员独立实施数据收集。评估工具包括CFSS-DS恐惧量表、Cm-YPAS焦虑量表、Frankl依从量表和家长满意度问卷，同时记录心率、血氧饱和度等生理指标。在初诊时建立基线数据，印模制取前1-3分钟评估恐惧和恐惧水平，操作过程中记录依从性指标和生理指标。印模质量由两名不知分组信息的正畸医生使用标准化评价表独立评估。所有数据经双人独立录入，使用Epi-data软件清洗后，采用描述性统计和非参数检验分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study utilized standardized data collection forms, independently conducted by two researchers who had received uniform training. The assessment tools included the CFSS-DS Fear Scale, Cm-YPAS Anxiety Scale, Frankl Compliance Scale, and Parent Satisfaction Questionnaire, along with recording physiological indicators such as heart rate and blood oxygen saturation. Baseline data were established at the initial diagnosis, with fear and fear levels assessed 1-3 minutes before taking impressions. Compliance indicators and physiological indicators were recorded during the procedure. Impression quality was independently evaluated by two orthodontists, who were unaware of the group assignments, using a standardized evaluation form. All data were entered independently by two individuals, cleaned using Epi-data software, and analyzed through descriptive statistics and non-parametric tests.
