(1)建立雄激素脱发患者和健康人血浆中重金属水平的检测方法; (2)探索雄激素脱发与重金属元素之间的关联;  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establish a method for detecting heavy metal levels in the plasma of patients with androgenetic alopecia and healthy individuals. (2) Explore the association between androgenetic alopecia and heavy metal elements.

纳入标准：

1.雄激素性脱发的患者。2.年龄>=18岁。3患者充分理解本项目内容并且同意参加。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with androgenetic alopecia. 2. Age >= 18 years. 3. Patients fully understand the content of this study and agree to participate.

排除标准：

1. 从未患过雄激素脱发的个人。2. 排除患有其他可能影响雄激素脱发判断的皮肤病患者。3. 个人无法理解或不同意参与本项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals who have never had androgenetic alopecia. 2. Exclusion of patients with other skin diseases that may affect the diagnosis of androgenetic alopecia. 3. Individuals who are unable to understand or do not agree to participate in this study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集为电子采集，从原始采集系统调出的有关受试者数据需全部以受试者编码方式记录，受试者只能通过受试者编码识别相关原始检测结果，并安排指定数据管理员对数据库进行锁定，任何数据的调取修正均需经过此项目数据管理员确认后，方可进行下游分析，确保数据安全。所有参与此项目的研究者需保证数据真实、完整、准确。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection is conducted electronically. Data relevant to subjects retrieved from the original collection system must be recorded entirely using subject codes. Subjects can only identify their relevant original test results through their subject codes. A designated data manager is assigned to lock the database. Any data retrieval or correction must be confirmed by the project data manager before downstream analysis can proceed to ensure data security. All researchers involved in this project must guarantee the data's authenticity, integrity, and accuracy.
