研究目的：

通过分析单纯前路、单纯后路与前后路联合三种术式治疗连续型多节段胸腰椎结核患者5年以上随访的临床和影像学资料，对比三种术式的中长期临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the clinical and imaging data of patients with Contiguous multi-segmental thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis (CMTSTB) treated by anterior, posterior, and combined anterior-posterior approach for more than 5 years follow-up, and to compare the medium-long term clinical efficacy of the three surgical approaches.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、结核病灶发生在胸、腰椎（T5-L4），累及3个或3个以上连续椎体；2、采用前路、后路或前后路联合手术治疗；3、年龄大于18岁的患者；4、随访时间大于5年以上，随访资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Tuberculous lesions are located in the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae (T5-L4), affecting three or more consecutive vertebral bodies; 2.Surgical treatment is conducted using anterior, posterior, or combined anterior-posterior approaches; 3.Patients who are older than 18 years of age; 4.The follow-up period lasts for at least 5 years, with complete follow-up data available.

排除标准：

1、结核病灶在胸、腰椎以外，累计椎体不超过3个；2、跳跃性多节段脊柱结核患者；3、合并活动性肺结核患者；4、合并其他可能会导致预后评估存在偏倚的脊柱疾病患者；5、多器官功能衰竭，难以耐受手术患者；6、随访时间不足5年的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Tuberculosis lesions located outside the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, or involving fewer than three vertebral bodies in total; 2.Skipping multi-segmental spinal tuberculosis; 3.Patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis; 4.Combined with other spinal diseases that may lead to bias in prognosis evaluation; 5. Critically ill patients experiencing multi-organ dysfunction who are unable to undergo surgery; 6. Patients with follow-up period less than 5 years.
