研究目的：

本研究旨在通过随机对照研究，系统评估早期与延迟负重对ACLR联合内侧半月板纵向撕裂修复患者的半月板愈合（基于MRI评估）及功能恢复的影响。本研究的最终目标是优化术后康复方案，以改善患者预后，降低继发性并发症的风险，并为临床决策提供高质量的循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically evaluate the effects of early and delayed weight-bearing on meniscus healing (based on MRI assessment) and functional recovery in patients with ACLR combined with medial meniscus longitudinal tear repair through a randomized controlled study. The ultimate goal of this study is to optimize the postoperative rehabilitation plan to improve the prognosis of patients, reduce the risk of secondary complications, and provide high-quality evidence-based basis for clinical decision-making.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18–70岁，性别不限。 2.确诊为前交叉韧带断裂及半月板损伤，并后续进行前交叉韧带重建及半月板修复的手术治疗。 3.具有完整的膝关节MRI扫描记录（T1WI、T2WI、FS-PDWI序列）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18–70 years old, regardless of gender. 2. Diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament rupture and meniscus injury, followed by surgical treatment of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and meniscus repair. 3. Have complete knee MRI scan records (T1WI, T2WI, FS-PDWI sequences).

排除标准：

1.存在术后感染（如化脓性关节炎）。 2.合并其他损伤如：韧带或肌肉损伤等。 3.半月板修复不需要采用缝合方式。 4.存在明确的骨性机械阻塞或假体位置异常。 5.全身情况如BMI>=28、未控制的糖尿病或晚期癌症等严重系统性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of postoperative infection (such as septic arthritis). 2. Combined with other injuries such as ligament or muscle damage. 3. Meniscus repair does not require suturing. 4. Presence of clear bone mechanical obstruction or abnormal prosthesis position. 5. Systemic conditions such as BMI>=28, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, or advanced cancer.

随机: 根据随机化原则，由计算机产生随机数字，为了实施随机隐藏，随机序列由专人保管并采用密封不透光信封进行随机隐藏，以确定合格的研究对象。基本信息将告知保管随机数字的专人，然后确定分组。由专人拆开信封，将对应的康复治疗计划交予患者，患者按照信封中预先制定的随机方案进行康复。

Randomization: According to the principle of randomization, the computer generates random numbers. To implement random hiding, the random sequence is kept by a designated person and randomly hidden in a sealed and opaque envelope to determine qualified research subjects. The basic information will be informed to the person in charge of keeping the random numbers, and then the groups will be determined. A designated person will open the envelope and hand over the corresponding rehabilitation treatment plan to the patient. The patient will carry out rehabilitation according to the random plan pre-determined in the envelope.
