研究目的：

寻找mCNV特异性基因或基因位点，并探讨遗传因素、环境因素、中医体质与mCNV发生的相关性，以及评价mCNV患者焦虑、抑郁状况及生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring mCNV-specific genes/loci and their associations with genetic, environmental, and traditional Chinese medicine constitution factors, while evaluating anxiety, depression, and quality of life in mCNV patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病例组纳入标准： （1）符合近视性脉络膜新生血管（ mCNV）的诊断标准； （2）年龄18~60岁； （3）屈光间质基本清晰，不影响眼底检查； （4）自愿参加，并签署知情同意书。 2.对照组纳入标准： （1）符合单纯性高度近视的诊断标准； （2）年龄18~60岁； （3）除屈光不正外，无其他眼部疾病； （4）自愿参加，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

?1.Case group inclusion criteria:?? (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for myopic choroidal neovascularization(mCNV); (2) Aged 18–60 years; (3) Relatively clear refractive media without affecting fundus examination; (4) Voluntary participation with signed informed consent. 2.??Control group inclusion criteria:?? (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for simple high myopia; (2) Aged 18–60 years; (3) No other ocular diseases except refractive error; (4) Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.病例组排除标准： （1）眼外伤、眼部手术史； （2）存在牵拉性近视黄斑病变，包括玻璃体黄斑牵拉、黄斑劈裂、黄斑裂孔及视网膜脱离等； （3）存在其他可引起CNV的眼部疾病（AMD、糖尿病性视网膜病变、中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变等）； （4）存在其他影响视力的眼部疾病（青光眼、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变、视网膜血管性疾病、葡萄膜炎等）； （5）存在严重心脑血管疾病、精神疾病； （6）妊娠或哺乳期女性。 2.对照组排除标准： （1）眼外伤、眼部手术史； （2）眼压≥21mmHg； （3）视野缺损； （4）高度近视并发症如视网膜劈裂、CNV等; （5）存在严重心脑血管疾病、精神疾病; （6）妊娠或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Case group exclusion criteria:?? (1) History of ocular trauma or eye surgery; (2) Presence of tractional myopic maculopathy, including vitreomacular traction, macular schisis, macular hole, or retinal detachment; (3) Other ocular diseases that may cause CNV (e.g., AMD, diabetic retinopathy, central exudative chorioretinopathy); (4) Other vision-impairing ocular conditions (e.g., glaucoma, central serous chorioretinopathy, retinal vascular diseases, uveitis); (5) Severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases or psychiatric disorders; (6) Pregnant or lactating women. ??2.Control group exclusion criteria:?? (1) History of ocular trauma or eye surgery; (2) Intraocular pressure ≥21 mmHg; (3) Visual field defects; (4) High myopia complications (e.g., retinoschisis, CNV); (5) Severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases or psychiatric disorders; (6) Pregnant or lactating women.
