通过小样本的探索性研究筛选高海拔地区与低海拔地区脓毒症患者血清代谢物中的差异生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploratory studies with small samples were conducted to screen for differential biomarkers in serum metabolites in patients with sepsis at high and low altitudes.

纳入标准：

1.高原组① 1）符合美国重症医学会(Sociey ofCritical Care Medicine，SCCM)／欧洲危重病医学会(nle EuropeaIl Socieyof Intensive Care Medicine，ESICM)制定的sepsis 3.0的脓毒症诊断标准； 2）年龄≥18岁，汉族，性别不限； 3）入科后48小时内诊断脓毒症； 4）患者（受试者）长期（时间＞3年）居住地海拔≥3000m地区； 5）同意抽取血样行相关组学检测，患者及家属签署知情同意书。
2.高原组② 1）年龄≥18岁，汉族，性别不限； 2）采样时未诊断脓毒症或其他慢性病； 3）同意抽取血样行相关组学检测，患者及家属签署知情同意书。
3.平原组① 1）符合美国重症医学会(Sociey ofCritical Care Medicine，SCCM)／欧洲危重病医学会(nle EuropeaIl Socieyof Intensive Care Medicine，ESICM)制定的sepsis 3.0的脓毒症诊断标准； 2）年龄≥18岁，汉族，性别不限； 3）入科后48小时内诊断脓毒症； 4）患者（受试者）长期（时间＞3年）居住地海拔≤500m地区； 5）同意抽取血样行相关组学检测，患者及家属签署知情同意书。
4.平原组② 1) 年龄≥18岁，汉族，性别不限； 2) 采样时未诊断脓毒症或其他慢性病； 3）同意抽取血样行相关组学检测，患者及家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Plateau group one: 1) meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis 3.0 developed by the Sociey of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM)/European Society of Critical Care Medicine (ESICM); 2) Age>= 18 years old, Han nationality, gender is not limited; 3) Diagnosis of sepsis within 48 hours of admission; 4) The long-term (time>3 years) of the patient's (subject's) place of residence is >= 3000m above sea level;5) Agree to take blood samples for relevant omics testing, and the patient and his family members sign the informed consent form; 2.Plateau Group two: 1) Age>= 18 years old, Han nationality, gender is not limited;2) sepsis or other chronic diseases were not diagnosed at the time of sampling; 3) Agree to take blood samples for relevant omics testing, and the patient and his family members sign the informed consent form. 3.Plains group one: 1)met the diagnostic criteria for sepsis 3.0 developed by the Sociey of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM)/European Society of Critical Care Medicine (ESICM); 2) Age>= 18 years old, Han nationality, gender is not limited; 3) Diagnosis of sepsis within 48 hours of admission; 4) The long-term (time>3 years) of the patient's (subject's) place of residence is <= 500m above sea level; 5) Agree to take blood samples for relevant omics testing, and the patient and his family members sign the informed consent form. 4.Plains Group two: 1) Age>= 18 years old, Han nationality, gender is not limited; 2) sepsis or other chronic diseases were not diagnosed at the time of sampling; 3) Agree to take blood samples for relevant omics testing, and the patient and his family members sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）年龄<18岁；
2）住院时间小于24小时；
3）诊断不明的休克患者；
4）怀孕和哺乳期妇女；
5）恶性肿瘤终末期；
6）无法获得知情同意或授权。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Age< 18 years old;
2) Hospitalization is less than 24 hours;
3) patients with shock with an unclear diagnosis;
4) pregnant and lactating women;
5) end-stage malignant tumor;
6) Inability to obtain informed consent or authorization;
