研究目的：

观察采用全视网膜激光光凝术治疗前采用音乐舒缓疗法结合视听教育的方法，观察对糖尿病视网膜病变患者治疗前中后的紧张情绪、焦虑状态、不良反应（如晕厥等）、满意度的影响效果  

Objectives of Study：

The observation involves the application of music relaxation therapy combined with audiovisual education before the use of pan-retinal photocoagulation treatment, to observe the effects on the tension, anxiety state, adverse reactions (such as syncope, etc.), and satisfaction of patients with diabetic retinopathy before, during, and after the treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合2型糖尿病的诊断标准； 2.符合糖尿病视网膜病变患者的诊断标准，分期III、Ⅳ期，所有患者屈光间质清晰； 3.首次接受PRP治疗的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for patients with diabetic retinopathy, stage III and IV, and the refractive interstitium of all patients is clear; 3. Patients receiving PRP treatment for the first time;

排除标准：

1.存在除糖尿病视网膜病变以外的眼底病，包括既往葡萄膜炎、视网膜分支静脉阻塞、视网膜中央静脉阻塞，黄斑变性、高度近视、青光眼等；既往眼部激光治疗史和眼部手术史、近期镇痛药物使用史 2.合并有精神疾病或精神疾病家族史、有严重智力或认知障碍、有严重心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭疾病。； 3.拒绝或不能忍受音乐疗法； 4.孕妇和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Fundus diseases other than diabetic retinopathy, including previous uveitis, branch retinal vein occlusion, central retinal vein occlusion, macular degeneration, high myopia, glaucoma, etc.; History of previous ocular laser therapy and ocular surgery, and recent use of analgesic drugs 2. Concomitant mental illness or family history of mental illness, severe intellectual or cognitive impairment, severe heart failure, respiratory failure. 3. Refusal or inability to tolerate music therapy; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.

分组方法为简单随机化，查阅随机数字表，以第1行，第2列为例开始，令奇数为A组，偶数为B组，直至收录实验组和对照组各48例（以下有样本量的计算方法）；随机数字和组别共同保管在密封的信封中，满足纳入标准的研究对象签署知情同意后，研究者打开密封的信封，记录被分的组别。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The grouping method is simple randomization. Referring to the random number table, starting from the first row and the second column as an example, odd numbers are assigned to Group A and even numbers to Group B until 48 cases each are recruited for the experimental group and the control group (the method for calculating the sample size is described below). The random numbers and group assignments are kept together in sealed envelopes. After the research subjects who meet the inclusion criteria sign the informed consent, the researcher opens the sealed envelope and records the assigned group.
