研究目的：

痔套扎疗法是中医治疗痔病的常用技法，是痔病中医枯脱疗法的临床实践之一，也是福建省基层中医适宜技术推广项目。目前临床上中医套扎技术常应用胶圈或弹力线套扎的方式，实现内痔痔核缺血、坏死、脱落的过程。但在临床实践过程中，我们发现现有的套扎设备存在诸多问题，比如外接负压的不稳定性、胶圈高张力状态下的老化、手动胶圈安装的繁琐、弹力线牵引力的不一致等，提高了套扎技术的操作技巧和实施条件，给临床套扎技术的实践带来不便。因此本研究旨在通过研发电动套扎设备，以期实现套扎技术的自动化、稳定化、简便化操作，为中医套扎技术的规范化操作和推广提供良好基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Ligature therapy for hemorrhoids is a commonly used technique in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of hemorrhoids. It is one of the clinical practices of the traditional Chinese medicine desiccation and detachment therapy for hemorrhoids and is also a project for the promotion of suitable traditional Chinese medicine technology at the grassroots level in Fujian Province. Currently, in clinical practice, traditional Chinese medicine ligature techniques often use rubber bands or elastic threads for ligature, achieving the process of ischemia, necrosis, and detachment of internal hemorrhoidal nuclei. However, in clinical practice, we have found that existing ligature devices have many problems, such as the instability of external negative pressure, the aging of rubber bands under high tension, the complexity of manual rubber band installation, and the inconsistency of the traction force of elastic threads, which have increased the operational skills and implementation conditions of ligature techniques, bringing inconvenience to the practice of clinical ligature techniques. Therefore, this study aims to develop an electric ligature device, in order to achieve the automation, stabilization, and simplification of ligature techniques, and to provide a good foundation for the standardized operation and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine ligature techniques

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合混合痔诊断标准；（2）患者年龄在18-65岁之间；（3）术前肛门无明显畸形者；（4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for mixed hemorrhoids; 2. Patient's age is between 18 and 65 years old; 3. No obvious anal deformities before surgery; 4. Signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）近半年有痔、直肠脱垂等肛门直肠手术病史；（2）合并肛裂、肛瘘以及肛周脓肿等肛门良性疾病者；（3）已确诊炎性肠病或直肠炎患者；（4）已证实有结直肠肿瘤患者；（5）合并有心脑血管疾病,不能耐受手术或可能会增加手术风险者；（6）慢性或急性肝肾功能不全患者；（7）凝血功能异常或目前行抗凝治疗者；（8）合并有糖尿病且血糖控制不佳者；（9）处于妊娠期或月经期的女性患者；（10）智力障碍或有精神病史者；（11）入选前4周曾参加过其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of anorectal surgery such as hemorrhoids or rectal prolapse within the past six months; 2. Concurrent benign anal diseases such as anal fissure, anal fistula, or perianal abscess; 3. Diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease or proctitis; 4. Confirmed to have colorectal tumors; 5. Concurrent with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, unable to tolerate surgery or may increase surgical risk; 6. Patients with chronic or acute liver or kidney dysfunction; 7. Abnormal coagulation function or currently undergoing anticoagulant therapy; 8. Concurrent diabetes with poor blood sugar control; 9. Female patients who are pregnant or in the menstrual period; 10. Patients with intellectual disabilities or a history of mental illness; 11. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the last 4 weeks before enrollment.

This study was jointly completed by 11 medical institutions, adopting an open, multicenter clinical research approach. Patients included were randomly assigned to the electric hemorrhoid ligator group and the manual hemorrhoid ligator group using random numbers generated by software.
