研究目的:

本研究旨在通过临床对照试验,比较三维牵引联合支具治疗与单纯支具治疗对AIS患者背肌功能的影响差异,探索牵引治疗在增强支具治疗效果、优化肌肉平衡和活动能力方面的潜在优势。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to compare the effects of three-dimensional traction combined with bracing and simple bracing on back muscle function in AIS patients through a clinical controlled trial, and explore the potential advantages of traction therapy in enhancing the effectiveness of bracing, optimizing muscle balance and mobility.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄在10至18岁之间。 2.诊断为青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)。 3.Cobb角在20°至45°之间。 4.未接受过脊柱侧弯手术治疗。 5.自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 10 and 18 years old.; 2. Diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS); 3. Cobb angle between 20° and 45°; 4. Not treated for scoliosis surgery; 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.患有其他神经系统疾病(如脑瘫、脊髓损伤)。 2.严重肌肉疾病或近期有影响肌肉功能的创伤。 3.近期接受过可能影响肌肉功能的手术或治疗。 4.严重心肺功能障碍。 5.对支具材料(如聚丙烯)过敏。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Suffering from other neurological diseases (such as cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury); 2. Severe muscular disease or recent trauma affecting muscle function; 3. Recent surgery or treatment that may affect muscle function; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 5. Allergy to brace materials (e.g., polypropylene).
