研究目的：

采用5种机器学习算法构建、验证结直肠癌患者癌因性疲乏风险预测模型，选取最佳预测模型，使用列线图可视化呈现结直肠癌患者癌因性疲乏的概率。  

Objectives of Study：

Five machine learning algorithms were used to construct and validate a predictive model for the risk of cancer-caused fatigue in colorectal cancer patients, the best predictive model was selected, and the probability of cancer-caused fatigue in colorectal cancer patients was presented visually using a column-line graph.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.经病理活检确诊为结直肠癌或根据中国结直肠癌诊疗规范（2022 版）确诊为结直肠癌； 3.患者知晓自身病情，语言沟通能力正常； 4.知情同意本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years; 2. Confirmed colorectal cancer by pathological biopsy or colorectal cancer according to the Chinese Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Standards (2022 Edition); 3. The patient is aware of his or her condition and has normal language communication skills; 4. Informed consent to this study.

排除标准：

1.术前确认肿瘤广泛转移无法切除； 2.合并其他系统恶性肿瘤或重大躯体疾病； 3.有精神疾病史或存在认知障碍； 4.临床资料不完整； 5.正在参与其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative confirmation that the tumor has metastasized extensively and cannot be resected; 2. Combined with other systemic malignant tumors or major somatic diseases; 3. History of mental illness or cognitive impairment; 4. Incomplete clinical data; 5. Participating in other studies.
