研究目的：

探究四肢骨折骨不连、延迟愈合的危险因素，为临床治疗提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the risk factors of nonunion and delayed union of limb fractures, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2017年1月-2023年12月期间，创伤急救中心收治的全部四肢骨干骨折患者； 2.年龄在18至75周岁之间。

Inclusion criteria

1. From January 2017 to December 2023, all patients with limb shaft fractures admitted to the trauma emergency center; 2. Aged between 18 and 75 years.

排除标准：

1.合并有颅脑或者胸腹外伤的患者； 2.患者在骨折完全愈合之前出现其他创伤性事件； 3.不接受指定治疗方案的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cranial or thoracic and abdominal trauma; 2. The patient has other traumatic events before the fracture has fully healed; 3. Patients who do not receive the assigned treatment regimen.

1.数据录入: 确保数据录入的准确性和完整性，避免误差和缺失；使用数据录入软件 Excel，以便进行数据质量控制；定期备份数据，以防止数据丢失； 2.数据核查: 进行数据核对，确认数据的正确性和一致性；采取双重数据输入、数据交叉核对等方法来验证数据的准确性;在数据核查中发现问题时，及时修复和纠正错误； 3.数据存档: 将数据存档在硬盘中，并保持适当的备份；为便于后期潮源，将长期保存:长期存档的数据，确保数据的可访问性和完整性； 4.数据保密: 对于涉及个人隐私的数据，必须保证数据的保密性，并严格遵守相关隐私法律法规。
