研究目的：

通过随机、双盲、安慰剂对照实验，评估益生菌联合酵母多肽对训练期运动员运动表现、胃肠道症状及精神状态的影响，并探究其可能作用机理。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of probiotics combined with yeast peptides on exercise performance, gastrointestinal symptoms and mental status of athletes during the training period and to investigate the possible mechanism of action.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁，男女不限； 2.参与当前训练项目一年以上； 3.两周之内未经历过高强度训练或参与大型比赛； 4.在以前的训练/比赛中出现过胃肠道症状； 5.自愿参与试验。

Inclusion criteria

1. Over 18 years old, male or female; 2. Participate in the current training program for more than one year; 3. Have not experienced high-intensity training or participated in large-scale competitions within two weeks; 4. Gastrointestinal symptoms in previous training/competitions; 5. Voluntary participation in the trial.

排除标准：

1.有严重的胃肠道疾病； 2.在最近1个月内接受过长时间的抗生素治疗； 3.近三个月内有艰难梭菌感染历史； 4.刚经历过大型手术； 5.对菌粉或成分过敏者； 6.不愿意进入研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have severe gastrointestinal diseases; 2. Received prolonged antibiotic treatment within the last 1 month; 3. History of Clostridium difficile infection in the past three months; 4. Have just undergone major surgery; 5. Those who are allergic to bacterial powder or ingredients; 6. Subjects who are unwilling to enter the study.
