主要研究目的：探讨急性脑血管病发病的季节性分布规律；研究各气象因素与急性脑血管病发病的相关性 次要研究目的：探讨季节对急性脑血管病患者预后的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The main research objective: To explore the seasonal distribution pattern of acute cerebrovascular disease onset; to study the correlation between various meteorological factors and the onset of acute cerebrovascular disease. The secondary research objective: To investigate the impact of seasons on the prognosis of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.性别不限，年龄≥18岁；
2.符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2023》标准；
3.病历资料完整，包含发病日期、临床特征和影像学结果。

Inclusion criteria

1.Gender is not limited, age >= 18 years; 2.Meet the standards of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023" and "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage 2019"; 3.The medical record is complete, including the date of onset, clinical features, and imaging findings.

排除标准：

1.患有以下疾病：短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）、外伤性脑出血、脑肿瘤导致的继发性出血、脑血管畸形、合并其他严重中枢神经系统疾病（如脑肿瘤、脑外伤）伴有严重的系统性疾病影响研究结果者；
2.妊娠或哺乳期；
3.不全或关键数据缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with the following diseases: transient ischemic attack (TIA), traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage, secondary hemorrhage caused by brain tumor, cerebrovascular malformation, combined with other serious central nervous system diseases (such as brain tumors, brain trauma) with severe systemic diseases that affect the results of the study;
2.Pregnancy or lactation;
3.Those who are incomplete or missing key data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

从医院HIS电子病历系统中提取患者信息，使用统一的资料收集表，确保数据的完整性和一致性。 1.数据采集 建立电子数据库，采用双人独立录入，提高准确性； 数据加密存储，设置访问权限，保护患者隐私； 定期进行数据备份，防止数据丢失。 2.数据管理计划与质量控制 本研究采用规范化的数据管理与质量控制方案：制定数据采集、录入和质控标准操作规程（SOP），对所有研究人员进行岗前培训和定期培训；采用双人双份独立录入方式，通过系统自动比对发现差异；执行每日数据完整性检查和逻辑核查，对发现的问题及时反馈纠正；定期进行质量分析和评估，确保数据完整性≥98%、准确性≥95%；同时建立数据备份和人员更替应急预案，保证研究持续进行。所有数据修改均需申请、审批和记录，确保数据可追溯。

Extract patient information from the hospital's HIS electronic medical record system and use a unified data collection form to ensure data integrity and consistency. 1. Data collection Establish an electronic database and use two-person independent input to improve accuracy; Data is encrypted and stored, and access rights are set to protect patient privacy; Make regular data backups to prevent data loss. 2. Data management plan and quality control This study adopts a standardized data management and quality control scheme: the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data collection, entry and quality control are formulated, and pre-job training and regular training are provided to all researchers; The method of independent entry of two people and two copies is adopted, and the difference is found through automatic comparison of the system; Perform daily data integrity checks and logic checks, and provide timely feedback and correction of problems found; Conduct regular quality analysis and evaluation to ensure that data integrity >= 98% and accuracy >= 95%; At the same time, an emergency plan for data backup and personnel replacement is established to ensure the continuous progress of the research. All data modifications are requested, approved, and documented to ensure data traceability.
