旨在探讨不同类型的运动干预对学龄前儿童身体素质、运动技能和认知功能发展的综合影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to explore the comprehensive impact of different types of exercise intervention on the physical fitness, motor skills and cognitive function development of preschool children.

纳入标准：

年龄在3–6岁之间的学龄前儿童； 身体健康，无影响日常活动的疾病或障碍； 家长或监护人已签署知情同意书，且同意儿童参与整个干预过程； 能够按要求参与运动干预和认知测试（如能理解指令、配合完成测试任务）； 在研究干预期内不会参加额外高强度或系统性体育培训。

Inclusion criteria

1.Preschool children aged between 3 and 6; 2.Good health, free from diseases or disorders that affect daily activities; 3.The parents or guardians have signed the informed consent form and agreed that the child can participate in the entire intervention process. 4.Be able to participate in exercise intervention and cognitive tests as required (such as being able to understand instructions and cooperate to complete test tasks); 5.No additional high-intensity or systematic physical training will be participated in during the research intervention period.

排除标准：

有神经系统、心肺系统、骨骼肌肉系统等疾病或障碍，不适合参与中等强度运动者； 有诊断明确的发育障碍（如自闭症谱系障碍、注意缺陷多动障碍等）； 存在严重视力、听力或认知障碍，无法配合完成测试任务； 在过去6个月内参与过系统性的运动干预计划； 家长或监护人不愿意配合研究流程或可能中途退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with diseases or disorders of the nervous system, cardiopulmonary system, musculoskeletal system, etc., who are not suitable for participating in moderate-intensity exercise; 2.There are clearly diagnosed developmental disorders (such as autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, etc.); 3.There are severe visual, hearing or cognitive impairments, and one is unable to cooperate in completing the test tasks; 4.Have participated in systematic exercise intervention programs within the past six months; 5.Parents or guardians who are unwilling to cooperate with the research process or may withdraw halfway.

采用计算机随机数字表法将受试者按照2:1比例随机分配至干预组和对照组。随机序列由不参与评估和干预的独立研究人员生成，并使用编号不透明密封信封进行分配隐藏。试验为单盲设计，受试者对分组情况不知情，评估人员和数据分析人员则知晓分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The subjects were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group at a ratio of 2:1 by using the computer random number table method. Random sequences were generated by independent researchers who were not involved in the assessment and intervention, and were assigned and hidden using numbered opaque sealed envelopes. The trial was a single-blind design. The subjects were unaware of the grouping situation, while the evaluators and data analysts were aware of the grouping.
