研究目的：

1. 实验组（超声指导组）有效降低术后肺不张发生率。 2. 改善肺部超声评分，评估肺不张的严重程度。 3. 缩短患者住院时间，提升术后康复效率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The experimental group (ultrasound guidance group) effectively reduced the incidence of postoperative atelectasis. 2. Improve the lung ultrasound score to assess the severity of atelectasis. 3. Shorten the hospitalization time and improve the postoperative rehabilitation efficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄20—70岁，ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级，BMI 18.5~30kg/m2，自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Age: 20-70 years, ASA grade I~, BMI 18.5 ~ 30 kg/m2, voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

术前呼吸道感染、肺部疾病（严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺手术史）、心律失常、冠心病、心脏手术史，以及对超声耦合剂过敏的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with preoperative respiratory tract infection, pulmonary disease (severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, history of pulmonary surgery), arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, cardiac surgery, and allergy to ultrasound coupling agents.

术后5分钟（T1）及手术结束（T2）时，首先进行双侧肺部超声评估确定评分区域； 根据评分选定的区域进行压力控制法肺复张：调节气道压力从10 cmH2O起步，每次增加5 cmH2O， 最大不超过30 cmH2O进行操作，持续30秒，观察超声动态变化，直至确认无明显肺不张征象。

At 5 minutes (T1) and the end of surgery (T2), bilateral lung ultrasound evaluation was first performed to determine the scoring area; Pressure control method of lung compression in the selected area according to the score: adjust airway pressure from 10 cmH2O, add 5 cmH2O each time, with a maximum of 30 cmH 2 O for 30 seconds, and observe the dynamic changes of ultrasound until no obvious signs of atelectasis are confirmed.
