研究目的：

手术后急性肾损伤（AKI）与较高的疾病和死亡率相关。本研究旨在评估根治性膀胱切除术（RC）后AKI的发生率，并确定RC患者中AKI的潜在风险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Acute kidney injury (AKI) after surgery was linked to higher rates of illness and death. The purpose of this study was to evaluate incidence rate of AKI after radical cystectomy (RC), and identify potential risk factors for AKI in RC patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①2020年1月1日至2024年11月30日泌尿外一科病理诊断为膀胱癌的患者；②接受根治性膀胱切除术；③年龄大于18岁

Inclusion criteria

1. BCa patients between 1 January 2020 to 30 November 2024 in the department of urology ward one in our hospital; 2. All the patients received RC and were diagnosed pathologically with BCa; 3.They were older than 18 years.

排除标准：

①同时行根治性肾输尿管切除术的患者；②合并远处转移者；③临床信息不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients undergoing simultaneous radical nephroureterectomy were excluded; 2. Those with distant metastasis ; 3. incomplete clinical information were also excluded.
