纳入标准：

1.年龄18-35岁之间；
2.胎龄37-41周；
3.单胞胎；
4.头位；
5.怀孕期间无并发症；
6.签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age between 18-35 years old;
2.Gestational age 37-41 weeks;
3.Singleton;
4.Cephalic position;
5.Pregnancy without complications;
6.Sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.出血相关疾病史（凝血障碍）；
2.胎儿窘迫；
3.除产后出血外其他严重产后并发症；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of bleeding-related disorders (coagulation disorders);
2.Fetal distress AI explain: This medical term refers to a condition where the fetus shows signs of hypoxia or other physiological stress during pregnancy or labor.
3.Other severe postpartum complications besides postpartum hemorrhage;
