研究目的：

本研究的主要目的在于探究肌酸补充在运动协同作用下是否调控血小板活化及其分子机制，从而为运动营养补剂安全性评估和血小板相关疾病防治提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to explore whether creatine supplementation regulates platelet activation through the megakaryocyte platelet axis under the synergistic effect of exercise and its molecular mechanism, so as to provide a scientific basis for the safety evaluation of exercise nutritional supplements and the prevention and treatment of platelet related diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在 18-35 岁之间，男女不限；
2.身体健康，无家族病遗传史，非心血管疾病高风险人群；
3.已签署知情同意书，愿意配合服用肌酸以及规律运动；
4.试验期间不摄入咖啡因；
5.经临床医生体检无异常身体状况；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged between 18-35, male and female;
2.Healthy, no family history of disease, non cardiovascular high-risk population;
3.Has signed the informed consent, and is willing to cooperate with taking creatine and regular exercise;
4.No caffeine intake during the trial;
5.No abnormal physical condition after physical examination by clinicians;

排除标准：

1.肾功能不全；
2.燥郁症；
3.心功能不全；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Renal insufficiency;
2.Manic-depression;
3.Cardiac insufficiency;
