研究目的：

在患者舌黏膜代尿道成型术后，通过在患处应用碘甘油来减轻患者术后疼痛，减轻患者舌黏膜的早期水肿，促进黏膜尽早恢复、减少术后并发症的发生（舌面伤口引起舌麻木感、味觉异常、语言表达不利等）、缩短住院周期的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

After urethral substitution surgery for the patient's tongue mucosa, the application of iodoglycerin at the affected area is aimed at alleviating the postoperative pain of the patient, reducing the early edema of the patient's tongue mucosa, promoting the early recovery of the mucosa, reducing the occurrence of postoperative complications (such as tongue numbness, abnormal taste, and unfavorable language expression caused by tongue surface wounds), and shortening the hospital stay.

纳入标准：

1.确诊为尿道狭窄的患者 2.实施舌黏膜代尿道成形术 3.可进行正常沟通交流 4.符合知情同意原则

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with urethral stricture 2. Perform urethral replacement plasty of the tongue mucosa 3. Normal communication and interaction are possible 4. It complies with the principle of informed consentonsent.

排除标准：

1.碘过敏 2.精神类疾病 3.交流沟通障碍 4.凝血功能障碍 5.免疫性疾病 6.恶性肿瘤 7.临床资料缺失者 （剔除标准：1.使用红汞的患者2.中途发生过敏的患者；中途退出标准：1.受试者要求撤回知情同意2.研究者从医学角度考虑受试者有必要中止研究3.出现过敏反应时）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Iodine allergy 2. Mental disorders 3. Communication barriers 4. Coagulation dysfunction 5. Immune diseases 6. Malignant tumor 7. Those with missing clinical data (Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients using red mercury 2. Patients who experienced allergic reactions during the course of treatment; Withdrawal criteria: 1. The subject requests to withdraw informed consent. 2. The researcher deems it necessary for the subject to terminate the study from a medical perspective. 3. When an allergic reaction occurs

术后患者麻醉清醒后给予口腔护理，通常为术后6小时，口腔护理后应用甲硝唑漱口水漱口，在患处应用碘甘油点滴擦拭，由口腔内部向外部轻擦，每天4次，并发放健康宣教资料。

Intervention：

After the postoperative patients regain consciousness from anesthesia, oral care is provided, usually 6 hours after the operation. After oral care, metronidazole mouthwash is used for rinsing the mouth, and iodine glycerin drops are applied to the affected area for wiping, gently rubbing from the inside to the outside of the mouth 4 times a day. Health education materials are also distributed.
