研究目的：

探究新型硒制剂L-SeMC对免疫相关性皮肤病的治疗作用，明确NRF2/GPX4信号通路是否参与免疫相关性皮肤病（银屑病、大疱性类天疱疮、IgA血管炎、特异性皮炎）病人的疾病发生发展。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the therapeutic effect of the novel selenium preparation L-SeMC on immune - related skin diseases, and clarify whether the NRF2/GPX4 signaling pathway is involved in the occurrence and development of immune - related skin diseases (psoriasis, bullous pemphigoid, IgA vasculitis, atopic dermatitis) in patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床确诊为免疫相关性皮肤病（银屑病、大疱性类天疱疮、IgA血管炎、特异性皮炎）；

Inclusion criteria

1.Clinically diagnosed as immune - related skin diseases (psoriasis, bullous pemphigoid, IgA vasculitis, atopic dermatitis);

排除标准：

1.伴有严重急性感染的患者；伴有免疫功能低下以及传染病的患者，HIV患者和梅毒患者；精神病患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe acute infections;
2.patients with immunodeficiency and infectious diseases, HIV patients and syphilis patients;
3.psychiatric patients;
