探究双侧胸椎旁神经阻滞对心脏手术患者心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的效应及其机制研究  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect and its mechanism of thoracic paravertabral block in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury of patients undergoing cardiac surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.选择正中开胸心脏手术患者； 2.年龄18-65岁之间； 3.ASA分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级； 4.心功能Ⅱ-Ⅳ级。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients undergoing cardiac surgery via sternotomy; 2.Age 18~65; 3.ASA Ⅱ~Ⅲ; 4.NYHA Ⅱ~Ⅳ.

排除标准：

1.急诊手术； 2.局麻药物过敏者； 3.术前合并中度及以上肺高压，心衰（术前射血分数＜30%），肝、肾功能异常，接受类固醇类激素、多巴胺、硝普钠或硝酸甘油治疗的患者； 4.严重精神疾病或认知功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Emergency surgery; 2.Local anesthetic allergy; 3.Patients with moderate or above Pulmonary hypertension, heart failure (preoperative Ejection fraction<30%), liver and kidney dysfunction, and receiving steroid hormone, dopamine, Sodium nitroprusside or Nitroglycerin ; 4.Severe mental disease or cognitive impairment.
