研究目的：

本项目旨在比较顶椎前移重建技术与SRS Schwab 4级截骨术治疗创伤后胸腰椎后凸的临床及影像学结果，为临床治疗提供理论依据和选择。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effectiveness of FVAR technique with SRS-Schwab grade 4 osteotomy in treating PTK.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患有进行性疼痛或畸形、神经功能缺损恶化和矢状面不平衡采用顶椎前移重建技术与SRS Schwab 4级截骨术治疗的PTK患者； 2.同意参加本研究的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. PTK patients with progressive pain or deformity, worsening neurological deficits, and sagittal plane imbalance treated with anterior vertebral displacement reconstruction technique and SRS Schwab grade 4 osteotomy; 2. Patients who agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参与本研究的患者； 2.临床资料不全或失访患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who refuse to participate in this study; 2. Patients with incomplete clinical data or lost to follow-up.
