研究目的：

本研究将探索不同时序重复经颅磁联合运动训练的干预方法对偏瘫患儿运动功能的临床疗效，为偏瘫儿童运动功能障碍康复治疗提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will explore the clinical efficacy of the intervention method of repetitive transcranial magnetic combined exercise training in different sequences on the motor function of children with hemiplegia, and provide a clinical basis for the rehabilitation treatment of motor dysfunction in children with hemiplegia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为3-14岁； 2.有明显的外伤且经CT和（或）MRI检查证，或符合《 中国脑出血诊治指南（2019）》制定的脑出血性脑卒中或《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治（2020 版）》制定脑缺血性脑卒中诊断标准以及其他原因引起的脑损伤； 3.意识清醒且能主动配合训练； 4.首次发病； 5.存在一侧肢体运动功能障碍； 6.Brunnstrom分期Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ; 7.患儿及其家属对本研究内容均知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 3-14 years old; 2. Brain injury caused by obvious trauma and confirmed by CT and/or MRI examination, or in line with the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (2019)" or the diagnostic criteria for cerebral ischemic stroke formulated by the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2020 Edition)" and other reasons; 3. Be conscious and able to actively cooperate with training; 4. First onset; 5. Presence of motor dysfunction of one limb; 6.Brunnstrom stage III. ~ V.; 7. The children and their families gave informed consent to the content of this study.

排除标准：

1.患有严重的心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭者； 2.病情危重且生命体征不稳定者； 3.活动性脑出血； 4.体内留置金属物者； 5.其它原因所致的意识障碍； 6.既往有癫痫病史或癫痫家族史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; 2. Those who are critically ill and have unstable vital signs; 3. Active intracerebral hemorrhage; 4. Those who have metal objects in their bodies; 5. Impairment of consciousness caused by other reasons; 6. Previous history of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy.
