研究目的：

通过回顾性分析代谢性疾病与皮肤共病患者的病例资料、临床检测数据及组织病理特征，总结共病的临床特点、发病危险因素及疾病进展规律，探索不同代谢性疾病与皮肤疾病组合的关联模式，为代谢性疾病与皮肤共病的早期识别、干预及防治策略制定提供数据支持与理论参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a retrospective analysis of case data, clinical test results, and histopathological characteristics of patients with comorbid metabolic and skin diseases, this study aims to summarize the clinical features, risk factors, and progression patterns of the comorbidities. It further explores the association patterns between different types of metabolic diseases and skin diseases, providing data support and theoretical references for the early identification, intervention, and formulation of prevention and treatment strategies for metabolic-skin comorbidities.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床确诊为免疫相关性皮肤病（银屑病、大疱性类天疱疮、IgA血管炎、特异性皮炎）和/或临床确诊为代谢性疾病（脂肪肝、糖尿病）；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients definitively diagnosed with immune-mediated dermatological diseases (psoriasis, bullous pemphigoid, IgA vasculitis, atopic dermatitis) and/or clinically confirmed metabolic disorders (fatty liver disease, diabetes).

排除标准：

1.伴有严重急性感染的患者；伴有免疫功能低下以及传染病的患者，HIV患者和梅毒患者；精神病患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe acute infections;
2.patients with immunodeficiency and infectious diseases, HIV patients and syphilis patients;
3.psychiatric patients;
