研究目的：

本课题通过对比检测 HCMV 感染患儿体内特异性 T 细胞数量水平及细胞因子水平活性变化，来探索病毒对婴儿免疫系统的影响和感染后婴儿体内特异性免疫建立的过程。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we investigated the effects of the virus on the infant's immune system and the process of establishing specific immunity in infants after infection by comparing and detecting the changes in the number of specific T cells and cytokine levels in children with HCMV infection.

纳入标准：

诊断为 CMV 感染的新生儿和未感染 CMV 儿童。

Inclusion criteria

Neonates and non-CMV-free children diagnosed with CMV infection.

排除标准：

1.其他病原引起的严重感染； 2.合并其他严重基础疾病如糖尿病、肾病综合征等； 3.遗传病； 4.原发性免疫缺陷病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe infections caused by other pathogens; 2.Combined with other serious underlying diseases such as diabetes, nephrotic syndrome, etc; 3.Genetic diseases; 4.Primary immunodeficiency diseases;
