研究目的：

采集患者麻醉期脑电图，并在术后通过3D-CAM量表确定患者是否发生术后谵妄，以此将患者脑电信息分组，分析患者麻醉期脑电信号，解析术后谵妄（postoperative delirium, POD）的特征性脑电指标，以达到预警目的。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will acquire continuous intraoperative electroencephalographic (EEG) signals during anesthesia. Postoperative delirium (POD) diagnosis will subsequently be determined using the validated 3D-CAM scale. Patients will be categorized into groups based on POD status, enabling comparative analysis of perioperative EEG signatures. Characteristic EEG biomarkers associated with POD will be identified to establish early-warning indicators for clinical risk prediction.

纳入标准：

（1）65岁及以上老年人； （2）母语为汉语，能与研究者进行有效沟通； （3）拟行择期全麻下手术； （4）知情同意，愿意配合完成研究

Inclusion criteria

(1) People aged 65 years and above; (2) Native speaker of Chinese and able to communicate effectively with researchers; (3) Planned elective surgery under general anesthesia; (4) Informed consent and willingness to cooperate to complete the study

排除标准：

（1）有明确脑卒中、癫痫、结构性脑损伤以及伴有意识丧失的头部损伤、颅内感染等； （2）心脏手术、头面颈部手术（消毒范围覆盖下颌）； （3）术后拟入ICU； （4）不能配合完成研究的各种情况，如严重听觉障碍、沟通障碍、认知功能障碍等； （5）重大精神疾病：如精神错乱、抑郁、双相情感障碍等； （6）酒精或药物滥用。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of stroke, epilepsy, structural brain lesions, traumatic brain injury with loss of consciousness, or intracranial infections; (2) Cardiac surgery or head/neck/craniofacial procedures requiring surgical field coverage extending to the mandibular region; (3) Planned postoperative intensive care unit (ICU) admission; (4) Inability to complete study procedures due to severe auditory impairment, communication barriers, or cognitive dysfunction; (5) Major psychiatric disorders (e.g., psychosis, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder); (6) Active alcohol or substance abuse disorder.
