探索清醒状态内镜下粘膜剥离术（ESD）治疗直肠肿物的临床有效性、安全性及经济效益。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effectiveness, safety, and cost - effectiveness of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for rectal tumors without general anesthesia.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-85岁；
2.符合内镜下治疗适应症；
3.自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 - 85 years; 2.Meeting the indications for endoscopic treatment; 3.Being willing to participate in the study and signing the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.严重心肺功能不全；
2.凝血功能障碍及无法配合手术者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2.Coagulation dysfunction, and being unable to cooperate with the surgery;
