研究目的：

1.评估自体静脉血血运重建术在年轻恒牙治疗中的临床疗效，包括临床症状的改善与消除、牙根和牙髓组织的再生情况以及牙齿整体健康和功能的提升程度。 2.对比自体静脉血支架与传统支架在促进根尖孔闭合、牙根发育等方面的疗效差异，为牙髓血运重建术的支架选择提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the clinical efficacy of autologous venous revascularization in the treatment of young permanent teeth, including improvement and elimination of clinical symptoms, regeneration of root and pulp tissues, and overall improvement of tooth health and function. 2. Compare the therapeutic differences between autologous venous blood stents and traditional stents in promoting apical foramen closure and root development, and provide scientific basis for the selection of stents for pulp revascularization surgery.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄8-15岁， 临床和影像学诊断为牙髓坏死或伴根尖周炎的年轻恒牙；
2.身体健康，无全身系统疾病；
3.牙根发育处于Nolla 分期为7～9 期；
4.经过自体静脉血牙髓血运重建术治疗；
5.术前术后就诊资料完善( 临床症状、体征、影像学资料)；
6.患者依从性良好，随访时间超过3年；

Inclusion criteria

1.Young permanent teeth aged 8-15 years, clinically and radiologically diagnosed with pulp necrosis or periapical periodontitis;
2.Healthy body, no systemic diseases;
3.Root development is in Nolla stage 7-9;
4.Treatment with autologous venous blood pulp revascularization surgery;
5.Complete preoperative and postoperative medical information (clinical symptoms, signs, imaging data);
6.The patient has good compliance and has been followed up for more than 3 years;

排除标准：

1.病历资料缺失关键数据（如随访影像、疗效记录）；
2.合并其他口腔疾病（如牙外伤、颌骨病变）；
3.拍摄根尖片未使用平行投照法影像学检查图像偏差较大，无法校正者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Missing key data in medical records (such as follow-up images and efficacy records);
2.Merge other oral diseases (such as dental trauma, jawbone lesions);
3.Those who did not use parallel projection method for root tip photography and had significant image deviation in imaging examination, which cannot be corrected;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

招募临床因龋病，牙外伤等病因就诊发生不可逆性牙髓炎、急慢性根尖周炎的年轻恒牙60例，采集病例录入电子病历系统及相关的临床数据采集系统规范化管理，定期进行随访。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Sixty young permanent teeth with irreversible pulpitis and acute or chronic periapical periodontitis who visited the hospital due to dental caries, dental trauma and other causes were recruited. The cases were collected and entered into the electronic medical record system and the related clinical data collection system for standardized management, and regular follow-up was conducted.
