研究目的：

探讨围术期液体治疗对口腔癌患者皮瓣术后并发症的影响，并分析PVI与预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the impact of perioperative liquid therapy on postoperative complications of oral cancer patients undergoing flap surgery, and analyze the relationship between PVI and prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.于空军军医大学第三附属医院因口腔恶性肿瘤/口腔癌行游离皮瓣修复术的患者； 2.年龄18-75岁； 3.ASA分级I-III级； 4.择期行口腔癌根治术+游离皮瓣修复的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who underwent free flap repair surgery for oral malignant tumors/oral cancer at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from May 25th to June 20266; 2. Age range: 18-75 years old; 3.ASA grades I-III; 4. Patients who undergo elective radical surgery for oral cancer and free flap repair.

排除标准：

1.严重心肾功能不全（eGFR<60ml/min/1.73m2）； 2.凝血功能障碍； 3.已知羟乙基淀粉过敏史； 4.雷诺病； 5.心律失常； 6.周围血管疾病； 7.急诊手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart and kidney dysfunction (eGFR<60ml/min/1.73m 2); 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Known history of hydroxyethyl starch allergy; 4. Reynaud's disease; 5. Arrhythmia; 6. Peripheral vascular diseases; 7. Emergency surgery.
