研究目的：

验证通过个体化营养干预对存在营养不良风险AMI患者的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the effect of individualized nutritional intervention on AMI patients with malnutrition risk

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.明确诊断为急性心肌梗死; 2.NRS-2002评分>=3分; 3.年龄18周岁~80周岁; 4.能够理解并签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1. A clear diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction; 2. NRS-2002 score>=3 points; 3. Age: 18~80 years old; 4. Able to understand and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.不能自主经口进食; 2.需要全肠外营养或管饲; 3.处于终末期的患者; 4.存在神经性厌食; 5.消化道手术后营养不良; 6.参加其他试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to eat by mouth on their own; 2. Need for total parenteral nutrition or tube feeding; 3. Patients in the terminal stage; 4. Presence of anorexia nervosa; 5. Malnutrition after gastrointestinal surgery; 6. Participate in other trials.
