研究目的：

结直肠癌是全球范围内常见恶性肿瘤之一，在全球范围内结直肠癌患者发病率逐年上升，结直肠癌90%由结直肠腺瘤发展而来，早期多无明显症状，多通过内镜检查发现、诊断。其诊断方法均有相对局限性，且缺乏一级预防方法，因此发现结直肠癌早期预防、筛查在临床上具有重要意义。本项目旨在建立结直肠腺癌早期筛查体系，通过人工智能实现图像分析，在此基础上搭建肿瘤诊疗智能辅助决策系统。  

Objectives of Study：

Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors worldwide. The incidence of colorectal cancer patients worldwide is increasing year by year. 90% of colorectal cancer develops from colorectal adenomas. There are mostly no obvious symptoms in the early stage, and they are mostly discovered and diagnosed through endoscopy. The diagnosis methods are relatively limited and lack primary prevention methods. Therefore, it is found that early prevention and screening of colorectal cancer are of great significance in clinical practice. This project aims to establish an early screening system for colorectal adenocarcinoma, realize image analysis through artificial intelligence, and build an intelligent assisted decision-making system for tumor diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.肠道准备Boston肠道准备评分量表≥7分；
3.所有结肠镜检查必须到达回盲瓣且退镜时间≥6分钟；
4.病理诊断为结直肠腺癌或结直肠腺瘤；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Boston Bowel Preparation Rating Scale ≥ 7 points; 3.All colonoscopies must reach the ileocecal valve and retract for at least 6 minutes; 4.Pathological diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma or colorectal adenoma;

排除标准：

1.既往接受结直肠手术；
2.患有家族性腺瘤性息肉病、遗传性非息肉 病性结肠癌症等；
3.收集标本前3个月内服用过抗生素或过去1个月内使用益生 菌；
4.患有炎症性肠病或肠结核；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previously underwent colorectal surgery;
2.Suffering from familial adenomatous polyposis, hereditary non polyposis colon cancer, etc;
3.Have taken antibiotics within the past 3 months before collecting specimens or used probiotics within the past 1 month;
4.Suffering from inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal tuberculosis;
