研究目的：

建立一个临床队列对于脊髓损伤的研究和临床应用具有重要意义，通过标准化的数据收集、临床试验的经验总结以及再生医学的进步，为药械研发的创新策源和临床试验的加速提质提供重要基础性支撑，未来的治疗和康复方案将更加精准和有效。  

Objectives of Study：

The summary of experimental experience and the progress of regenerative medicine provide important fundamental support for the innovative origin of drug and medical device research and development and the acceleration and quality improvement of clinical trials. Future treatment and rehabilitation plans will be more precise and effective.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.符合脊髓损伤诊断标准且经脊柱CT或MRI检查诊断明确； 3.本人或家属愿意签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for spinal cord injury and be diagnosed by spine CT or MRI examination; 3. The person or family member is willing to sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1.严重认知功能障碍或精神疾病患者，不能配合评估及训练者； 2.有严重疾病，预期无法完成6个月随访患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness who cannot cooperate with assessment and training; 2. Patients with severe illness who are expected to be unable to complete the 6-month follow-up

数据录入环节采用双重核查机制，由经过认证的数据录入员完成电子数据采集系统（EDC）的录入工作，确保数据质量。研究表单设计及数据管理方面，项目组开发了系列定制化的病例报告表（CRF），涵盖所有核心研究变量，并建立完善的数据字典和变量编码规则。同时配备专业的数据管理团队，负责数据的清洗、质控和归档工作。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data entry process adopts a dual verification mechanism. Certified data entry officers complete the data entry work in the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) to ensure data quality. In terms of research form design and data management, the project team developed a series of customized case report forms (CRFS), covering all core research variables, and established a complete data dictionary and variable coding rules. At the same time, a professional data management team is equipped to be responsible for data cleaning, quality control and archiving.
