本研究为评估了意向性腹腔镜剜除术的短期效果，并分析了导致剜除术失败的相关因素  

Objectives of Study：

This study evaluated the short-term outcomes of intent-to-laparoscopic enucleation and analyzed factors associated with failed enucleation

纳入标准：

1.患者行胰腺切除手术治疗； 2.病理学明确为良性或低度恶性肿瘤； 3.有完整的临床病理学数据； 4.有完整的随访数据。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient underwent pancreatic resection surgery for treatment; 2. Pathologically identified as benign or low-grade malignant tumor; 3. Have complete clinical and pathological data; 4. Have complete follow-up data.

排除标准：

1.未进行手术患者； 2.恶性肿瘤患者； 3.临床病理资料缺失； 4.失访患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have not undergone surgery; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Lack of clinical pathological data; 4. Missing patients.

数据收集于山东大学齐鲁医院电子病历诊疗系统。每名纳入患者的数据记录在病例报告表中。检查数据的完整性和准确性，排除缺失值和异常值，对数据进行标准化和归一化处理。

The data was collected from the electronic medical record diagnosis and treatment system of Qilu Hospital, Shandong University. The data of each included patient is recorded in the case report form. Check the integrity and accuracy of the data, eliminate missing and outlier values, and standardize and normalize the data.
