研究目的：

本研究旨在基于系统性整合华西医院消化道早癌及癌前疾病（含食管癌，胃癌，结直肠癌，黏膜下肿瘤和贲门失弛缓症）的相关多模态诊断、治疗、随访的门诊及住院信息，构建相应专病全程管理队列数据库。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to construct a corresponding disease-specific comprehensive management cohort database based on the systematic integration of outpatient and inpatient information related to the multimodal diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of early digestive tract cancers and precancerous diseases (including esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, submucosal tumors, and achalasia of the cardia) at West China Hospital.

纳入标准：

既往2004年1月至2025年4月在四川大学华西医院确诊为消化道早癌及癌前疾病（含食管癌，胃癌，结直肠癌，黏膜下肿瘤和贲门失弛缓症）的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who were diagnosed with early-stage digestive tract cancer and precancerous diseases (including esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, submucosal tumors and achalasia of the cardia) at the West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2004 to April 2025.

排除标准：

1.既往诊断、治疗信息缺失的患者； 2.前瞻性不愿意签署知情同意书进行信息采集的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with missing previous diagnosis and treatment information; 2. Patients who are not willing to sign the informed consent form for information collection in a prospective manner.
