研究目的：

1、探究新型电极植入手术路径，评价新型电极植入及内耳递送药物临床应用的安全性，制定手术操作流程与规范，药物递送方案及临床规范。 2、探究新型电极植入患者听觉及前庭功能的多维临床评价技术，建立新型电极植入全过程的安全性、有效性评价体系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the surgical access of the new electrode implantation, evaluate the clinical application safety of the new electrode implantation and drug delivery to the inner ear formulate the surgical operation process and specifications, drug delivery scheme and clinical specifications. 2. To explore the multi-dimensional clinical evaluation technology of the auditory and vestibular of the patients with the new electrode implantation, and establish the safety and effectiveness evaluation system for the whole process of the new electrode implantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

每位受试者佩戴新型人工耳蜗给药电极植入体 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Each subject was fitted with a new cochlear implant drug delivery electrode. 

纳入标准：

（1）重度或极重度感音神经性耳聋患者； （2）成人语后聋志愿； （3）听力学符合人工耳耳蜗植入的标准； （4）无中耳及外耳疾病； （5）可以配合术后长期随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with severe or profound sensorineural hearingloss; (2) Adult postlingual deaf volunteers; (3) Audiology meets the of cochlear implantation; (4) No middle ear and external ear disease; (5) Compliance with long-term follow-up after surgery.

排除标准：

（1）伴内耳畸形及听神经发育不良； （2）耳蜗骨化； （3）听神经病； （4）患有精神神经系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Associated with inner ear malformation andunderdeveloped auditory nerve; (2) Cochlear ossification; (3) Auditory neurop; (4) Suffering from mental neurological diseases.
