比较布比卡因脂质体和盐酸布比卡因对剖宫产术后疼痛的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing the effects of bupivacaine liposome and bupivacaine hydrochloride on postoperative pain after cesarean section

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.足月妊娠；
2.单胎；
3.年龄≥18岁；
4.拟行剖宫产术；

Inclusion criteria

1.Full-term pregnancy; 2.Singleton; 3.Age >= 18 years old; 4.Planned cesarean section;

排除标准：

1.既往精神疾病、中枢神经系统疾病、肝病、肾功能异常、心肺功能异常；
2.肥胖患者，BMI＞35；
3.严重的产科并发症，如前置胎盘或胎盘早剥等；
4.腰硬联合麻醉禁忌症，包括凝血功能异常、抗凝治疗、严重低血容量或血流动力学不稳定；
5.患者拒绝参与；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous mental illness, central nervous system disease, liver disease, renal dysfunction, and cardiopulmonary dysfunction;
2.Obese patients,BMI＞35;
3.Severe obstetric complications, such as placenta previa or placental abruption;
4.Contraindications for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia include coagulation disorders, anticoagulant therapy, severe hypovolemia, or hemodynamic instability.
5.The patient refused to participate。
