免疫抑制剂相关甲状腺免疫相关不良反应发生率为 6%~44%，其中联合治疗发病率最高。免疫抑制剂相关甲状腺免疫相关不良反应临床表现为甲状腺功能减退、甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺炎、甲状腺功能正常的 Graves 眼病，甚至甲状腺危象。

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the preventive effect of selenium yeast on thyroid irAEs caused by immune checkpoint inhibitors

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.均符合肿瘤的诊断标准；
2.住院 ICIs 治疗的癌症患者；
3.能够并愿意接受知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1.Cancer patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for tumors;
2.Cancer patients hospitalized for ICIs treatment;
3.Capable and willing to accept informed consent;

排除标准：

1.非肿瘤患者；
2.妊娠、准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
3.各大脏 器功能严重衰竭，合并威胁生命的严重原发性疾病者；
4.患有精神疾病不能参加治疗和 随访者；
5.甲状腺疾病的患者(定义为基线时甲状腺功能异常或基线时接受甲状腺素治 疗)和伴有中枢性甲状腺功能减退的垂体炎患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non tumor patients;
2.Pregnant, preparing for pregnancy or breastfeeding women;
3.Individuals with severe organ failure and life-threatening primary diseases;
4.Individuals with mental illnesses who are unable to participate in treatment and follow-up;
5.Patients with thyroid disease (defined as baseline thyroid dysfunction or thyroid hormone therapy) and pituitary inflammation patients with central hypothyroidism;
